I guess you could run Battlelog on your PS4/Xbox One web brower and tab into it, just like on PC. On PC it's somewhere buried in the Battlelog. The last step you'll have to get to with L1/R1. Under *My Soldier* -> *Awards* -> *Assignments/DLC Assignments*. In-game only from the options, and not during a game. I stopped using some guns just because I thought I couldn't unlock those last attachments but I will be using them again.
